I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning hotel in the countryside. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with comfortable accommodations. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food at the restaurant, as well as the delicious breakfast served every morning. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the views of the surrounding nature.
The reception staff could benefit from better training on providing tips and information about the local area.

The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, with homemade pastries, fresh fruit, and delicious local cheese and prosciutto. the property itself was stunning, with a beautiful pool that provided a 360-degree view of nature. We also enjoyed the wine tasting and the various activities they offered, such as cooking classes and hikes. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of their family. We highly recommend trying the restaurant as well. a fantastic experience that we would love to repeat when we return to Sicily. Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent! 👍.

We had an amazing stay at Etna Quota Mille Guest House! The property is located in a remote area, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. The views of the mountains and Etna are breathtaking, especially during sunset. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs, even preparing non-listed food items specifically for us. The breakfast served by Cristina was always fresh and delicious. The facilities, including the pool and kids area, were top-notch. we felt like part of the family and would highly recommend this guest house. Overall I highly recommend this guest house.
